The mission of the company is to develop, manufacture, buy and sell pharmaceutical product through the employment of men and machinery, at an economical rate and on commercial basis, keeping in mind the broad social and national interests. b)    Its second responsibility is to the persons attached with it. They must have a sense of security and satisfaction in their work. Clean orderly working conditions must prevail. There must be opportunity for advancement for those qualified, and each person must be considered as an individual standing on his/her own dignity and merit.

c)     Their next responsibility is to the community in which it breathes. It must participate in the promotion of clean environment, health, education and good government. It must regularly pay taxes due on it. It must acquaint the community with its activities.

      To fulfill its responsibilities, the company must run its business to make a sound profit. It must carry on product development and develop new sales plan. It must experiment with new ideas.
