Marketing Strategy

The marketing strategy being adopted by Pharma Drugs & Chemicals is one of concentrated development, wherein efforts will be concentrated in a particular area initially and once that area is developed next area will be taken up.

Every important city of the region will be given individual attention for development with the help of franchise.

All franchise will be working under a strict “Target/Performance Oriented Marketing Plan” so as to achieve the marketing and corporate goals of the organization.

Each State will by having One/Two Marketing Franchise depending upon the size and effective coverage, so that there should not be infiltration problem. The criteria for the selection of the Franchise will depend mainly on the factor given bellow:

·        Area/Location.

·        Previous marketing experience of dealing in that product.

·        Financial strengths.

·        Sales/Service manpower strengths.

·        Capacity to invest on Stocks/Samples.

·        Growth prospects for our products.

·        Personal Interest.

Criteria may vary from area to area and person to person, and may change case to case as well.

Sales/Demand Projections

It is utmost important to understand that we are working under certain set of systems which we would also like our Franchise to follow. Most important amongst them is Sales/Demand Projections, which will ultimately help us in planning our Production/Inventory levels. Printed Forms shall be given to all Franchise to send in their demand projections on monthly basis.

Payment System

Payment is to be accompanied with every order in the shape of a Demand Draft. The orders will be accepted if received along with payment.

Logistics (Delivery Systems)

As per the past experience the Road Transport System has been found to be the most suitable and most trustworthy and hence will be used for logistical support in the future also. However in special cases of utmost emergency other modes may be looked into. The reason why a minimum inventory system has been worked on is keeping in view the logistical problems, due to which usually the sales get affected. The goods will be sent to Franchise on FOR basis.

Manpower

The Franchisee is required to employ Business Executive, numbers depending on the area of operation. However the Company will impart training.

Customer Support

The success of any organization depends on how well and how soon they are able to attend to the customer. Our endeavor should be to keep the minimum lead-time between the complaint and the solution. The complaining Doctors/Customer should in all cases, invariably be reached and problem solved with in 24hrs. For all this high degree of professionalism and positive approach will be anticipated from the Franchisee. This will help in multiplying the sales and in maintaining a better reputation in the market.

Incentive & Promotional Schemes

We will keep on announcing special incentives and promotional schemes for the Top Performers and Achievers on yearly or quarterly basis, which will be informed to the dealers in writing. Special schemes may also be offered to boost the sales of a particular area/product, which will be informed to the franchisee from time to time in writing.

Billing/Sales Tax/Excise

Billing to the Franchisee will be done by us. Sales tax will be charged as applicable. Present applicable is as follows:

Punjab          :  8.8%

Other States :  4% against Form C.

Excise           :  The prices are inclusive of excise.
