Aceclofenac 100 MG Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) treat to alleviate pain in conditions with inflammation of the joint such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, and Ankylosing Spondylitis. This medicine is not recommended for use for patients less than 18 years of age.
Aceclofenac is a film-coated tablet with Aceclofenac as an active ingredient. Each tablet contains 100 MG of Aceclofenac. The core tablet consists of cellulose microcrystalline, glycerine palmitostearate, povidone K30, and croscarmellose sodium.
Aceclofenac (C16H13Cl2NO4), chemically [(2-{2, 6-dichlorophenyl) amino} phenylacetooxyacetic acid], is a crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 354.19. According to the Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS), drug substances are categorized into four classes upon their solubility and permeability. Aceclofenac falls under the BCS Class II, badly soluble, and particularly permeable drug.
Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, is a medication used to cure pain and fever. It is particularly used for mild to moderate pain relief. Evidence is mixed for its use to relieve fever in children. It is sold in combination with other medications, such as in many cold medications.
Aceclofenac Paracetamol is used to treat various health issues which are as follows:-

- It is frequently used when there is a case of ankylosing spondylitis

- It is used in the case of Osteoarthritis.
- It is mostly used in the case of rheumatoid arthritis

Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the tablets. Never change the dose of your medicine without having a talk with your doctor first. Continue to intake your tablets for as long as your doctor recommends.
It is an approved drug in India but can cause side effects to some people. These include stomach pain, vomiting, skin rashes, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, etc.
Indigestion: In the case of indigestion, patients should take tablets along with a meal. If the pain continues, talk to the doctor straight away.
Diarrhea: Drink plenty of water and other fluids to treat the problem by replacing the loss of fluid caused by this condition.
Dizziness: Do not drive or use any heavy machinery if the patient experiences dizziness.

Aceclofenac film-coated tablets are indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Indication of Paracetamol Tablet:-
This drug is used to cure mild to moderate pain(such as headaches, menstrual periods, osteoarthritis, toothaches, backaches, cold/flu aches, and pain) and also to reduce fever.
