It is a prescription drug and it can be taken by mouth. This medicine is available as a brand-name drug Tenormin.

• Amlodipine is used to lower blood pressure and it also can be used in combination or alone with other heart medications.
• It is also used to help blood flow smoothly to your heart when the arteries in your heart are blocked.

• Atenolol helps to decrease Hypertension(high blood pressure)
