This medicine is also used to stop stomach ulcers happen due to the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs).

Heartburn can imitate early symptoms of a heart attack, so get emergency help if you have chest pain that spreads to your jaw or shoulder and you feel anxious or light-headed.

You must not use this medication if you have the following:-

If had breathing problems, serve allergic reactions after taking esomeprazole in the past, or kidney problems.

You are allergic to esomeprazole or to similar medicine such as pantoprazole, omeprazole, rabeprazole, dexilant, nexium, lansoprazole, prevacid, protonix, and others.

Serve liver disease

Lupus

Osteoporosis or low bone mineral density(osteopenia)

Low levels of magnesium in your blood

You might be more likely to have broken bone in your wrist, hip, or spine while taking a proton pump inhibitor long-term or more than once a day. Consult with your doctor about ways to keep your bones healthy.

Take this medicine as prescribed on the label, or as recommended by your doctor.

Take every dose with a glass of water

Esomeprazole must be taken at least one hour before a meal

Swallow the capsule as a whole and do not crush, chew, break or open it.

If you can’t swallow the whole capsule, open it and sprinkle the medicine into a spoon of pudding. Swallow the mixture right away without chewing.

The esomeprazole capsule can be given by a nasogastric(NG) feeding tube. Read and carefully follow any instructions for Use provided with your medicine, it can’t understand ask your doctor to tell you.

This medication is generally given for 4 to 8 weeks only. If required your doctor may recommend a second course of treatment.

Use esomeprazole for the full recommended length of time, even if your symptoms improve immediately.

You need to call your doctor if your symptoms do not go away.

Always store this medicine at room temperature away from moisture and heat like not in bathrooms.

Get emergency help if you are experiencing signs of an allergic reaction: swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, hives, or difficulty breathing.

Call your doctor immediately if you have

Serve stomach pain

Seizure

Kidney problems such as rash, fever, nausea, loss of appetite, joint pain, urinating less than usual, blood in your urine, weight gain.

Diarrhea that is watery or bloody

Low level of magnesium- dizziness, fast or irregular heart rate, tremors(shaking) or jerking muscle movements, muscle cramps, feeling jittery, cough or choking feeling, muscle spasms in your hands and feet.

New or worsening symptoms of lupus which is joint pain, and a skin rash on your cheeks or arms that worsen in sunlight.

Taking esomeprazole long-term might cause you to develop stomach growth called fundic gland polyps. Tell your doctor about this risk.

Dry mouth

Nausea, gas, constipation, stomach pain

It is a medicine that increases the movements or contradictions of the stomach and bowel. This medicine is used to treat the problems like nausea and vomiting which are caused by other drugs used to treat Parkinson’s Disease. For safety purposes, this medication is not to be used by breast-feeding women to increase the production of breast milk.

Domperidone works usually by blocking dopamine receptors found in the upper end of the digestive system. This causes tightening of muscles at the exit of the stomach, relaxation of the muscles at the exit of the stomach, and increased contraction of the muscles in the stomach itself. These actions get the move on the passage of food through the stomach into the intestine, which is physical helps prevent vomiting, and reduces feelings of sickness, bloating, and fullness. It also prevents food from flowing the wrong way through the stomach and so prevents reflux(regurgitation of stomach contents back into the food pipe).
