Loratadine belongs to the group of medicines known as antihistamines which is an anti-allergy medicine. It helps to terminate the effects of a naturally occurring substance called histamine and this helps to relieve the symptoms of allergies such as hay fever and urticaria, watery eyes, and runny nose.

It is also used to treat sneezing, skin rash, hives, itching, runny nose, and other cold or allergy symptoms. Loratadine is also used to treat itching and skin hives in people with chronic skin reactions.

Ambroxol is a clinically certify systemically active mucolytic agent. When administered orally beginning of the action happen after 30 minutes. The breakdown of acid mucopolysaccharide fibers makes the sputum thinner and less viscous and accordingly more easily removed by coughing. Even though sputum volume eventually decreases, its viscosity remains low for as long as the treatment is maintained in a proper manner.
