Kofmol Plus Syrup is a combination of four medicines are Caffeine, Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hcl, and Diphenhydramine HCI. This combination is useful in relieving the symptoms of cold include headache, fatigue, watery eyes, fever, body ache, sneezing, cough, sore, throat, cerebral palsy, Apnea of prematurity, Bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature, drowsiness, orthostatic hypotension, runny and stuffy nose.

Kofmol Plus Syrup works by antagonizing the adenosine receptors, blocking histamine which is produced during an allergic rejection, heat loss, and sweating, increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, constricting the blood vessels results in decreasing the flow of blood thus relieves nasal congestion.

This medicine is used for treatment, control, prevention, and improvement of the following diseases, symptoms, and conditions:-
